This isn’t really a full on rant, just mysteries that have been floating around in my head, unanswered. And so…bullets:
Can someone please explain…
Why anyone thinks Sarah Palin has an actual shot at being President when 71% of the voting public believe she is unqualified to be President? She’s like George W. Bush in a skirt, man. A show of hands; who wants THAT for another four years? I bet not even Bush wants that.
When being mayor of a city going through a huge crisis make you an expert on terrorism? Rudy, I’m talking to you. I will give you 9/11. You were there, you managed as well as anyone could under the circumstances and people felt safer for having you as their mayor. But, this means you’d be an excellent candidate for working as the head of FEMA. It does not mean that you know anything about terrorism. And the more you show up on TV and offer up your expert opinion on terrorism and how Obama has it wrong, the more convinced I am you know absolutely nothing about terrorism. Seriously, you can shut up now.
How the irony has escape the world (and by world I mean people who think Glenn Beck is a credible voice on anything, which is actually only a small portion of the world, a miniscule, undefinable percentage of the world… I hope.) that Glenn Beck has been calling the President a racist and comparing him with Hitler while welcoming onto his show and often agreeing with white supremacists like Michael Hill, the founder and president of the League of the South, Larry Pratt, the president of Gun Owners of America, and Roy Beck, the founder and president of NumbersUSA? Don’t know who these guys are? Google them. They are either leading, have direct ties to or are financially supporting white supremacist organizations.
That’s all I’ve got right now. It’s Monday and I’m grumpy.
